One of America’s most experienced political journalists, Suarez has said that he believes the media could be the best way for people to voice their opinions about those that govern. Suarez is also author of “The Old Neighborhood: What We Lost in the Great Suburban Migration: 1966-1999,” a social commentary on the causes of the destitution found in the inner city.
